Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. All prices includes shoes and customizations.  Turn around time will not begin until payment is received. The current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Any order that is needed to be rushed before the current turnaround times are subject to a $50 rush order fee. These are just ranges and does not guarantee a specific date unless we have discussed this issue. If you need your order by a specific date please contact me to discuss if this is possible. These customized shoes are not made for running, skipping, jumping and/or playing. I am not responsible for shoes that are not properly cared for. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Please do not wear your shoes in water, sand, or anything that can be hazardous to your shoes. I will not replace any shoes that has lost stones, jibbitz, etc. Please know that every pair of shoes are handmade, and made with love and care. There may be some imperfections, however; every shoe is inspected thoroughly before pickup/shipping. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS/REFUNDS!!! There is a lot of time and dedication put into these customizations, therefore, I cannot remake them or resale them.
